Quality Control
With a strict quality control system, our plastic rattan and plastic wood meets ISO9001:2000 system standard, and we have applied AQL(Acceptable Quality Level) into all stages, ranging from IQC(Incoming QC), IPQC(In-Process QC), FQC(Final QC) and OQC(Outgoing QC). Every quality inspection is properly filed for easy reference and tracking.
1.Elongation Test
Test the elongation and flexibility of PE rattan with the elongation testing machine. Generally, the lowest standard of common PE rattan is required to reach 70N, and the thicker PE rattan should be up to 120N.
2.UV Aging Resistance Test
Test PE rattan and plastic wood’s performance under strong UV with the UV aging testing machine.
3.Weathering Test
Test PE rattan and plastic wood’s performance under the weather conditions like rain, sunlight, etc. with the weathering tester.
4.Melting Point Test
Use the melt index measuring machine to measure the melting point of PE rattan.
5.Metal Testing
Use the ROHS testing machine to test the if the metal content of PE rattan exceeds environmental standard.
6.Temperature & Humidity Test
Test PE rattan and plastic wood’s performance at certain temperature and under humid environment with the temperature and humidity chamber.
7.Conventional Test
Check PE rattan’s color, luster, texture, and pattern; measure the thickness and width to see if they meet client’s requirements; test the antioxidation property; check if there are defects like deformation, shrink, crack, etc.
