What Size You Need？
Manufacturing Process of Plastic Lumber?
1. Prepare PS Resins
We only use superior PS(polystyrene) resins for the production to ensure the best quality of each plastic wood board.
2. Mix the Raw Material
Mix well the PS resins with pigments, UV absorbing agent, anti-aging agent, foaming agent, etc.
3. High-temperature Extrusion
All mixture will be put into the extrusion machine for high-temperature extrusion.
4. Cooling
The extruded plastic wood board will be directly delivered to the cooling bath for cooling forming.
5. Flatting
The formed plastic wood board will be flatted by the high-pressure machine.
6. Automatic Cutting
Then the plastic wood board will be cutting automatically into separated slats.
7. Embossing
Specific patterns will be printed on the surface of the plastic wood board.
8. Embossing Enforcement
According to clients’ requirements, emboss the plastic wood board again to create more distinct grain on the surface.
9. Manual Cutting
The plastic wood board will be cutting into slats by hands based on different clients’ demands.
10. Packaging
In the end, plastic wood boards will be packed with independent foam wraps and paper boxes.
