What Kind of PE Rattan You Need?
How Is Our Plastic Rattan Material Made?
1. Prepare HDPE Resins
We only use high-quality HDPE(high-density polyethylene) for the production to ensure the best quality for each plastic rattan roll.
2. Mix the Raw Material
Mix well the HDPE resins with pigments, ABS, PP, PS, EVA, antioxidant, anti-UV agent, light stabilizer, etc. We will also implement different ratio based on the specific models and lifespan of plastic rattan material.
3. High-temperature Extrusion
All mixture will be put into the extrusion machine for the high-temperature extrusion
4. Cooling
The extruded plastic rattan strips will be directly delivered to the cooling bath for cooling forming.
5. Embossing
Then the formed plastic rattan material will be go into the embossing machine that creates different surface patterns.
6. Rolling
All plastic rattan material will packed in rolls automatically.
7. Finished Products
All plastic rattan rolls will be packed with ropes and labels.
8. Packaging
Use our original bags to pack all finished plastic rattan material, and send them to the warehouse.
