Chemical Stability
The raw material of resin wicker can be divided into main materials and auxiliary materials. The quality and ratio of these two materials decide the quality of the finished resin wicker. First of all, mix the PE resin or HDPE resin with pigments, ABS, PP, PS, EVA, antioxidant, anti-UV agent, and light stabilizer. In particular, polyethylene and high-density polyethylene are both high-performance polymers with high chemical stability. They make the resin wicker stronger to resist sunlight, rain, moisture, and even snow. 
Nonporous Surface
When all raw materials are mixed well, put them into an extrusion machine for a high-temperature extrusion. Then the semi-formed wicker rattan will direct enter a water tank for cooling. Later, the wicker rattan strip will be formed with a nonporous surface.Because of the nonporous surface, the resin wicker could hardly react with other substances. Therefore, the resin wicker won’t absorb any moisture from rain, which can prevent it from growing mold and mildew, and being rotted.
